Chris Gallegos brings an innovative sales and management approach to complex businesses. He is a champion at structuring strong solutions to help companies more effectively communicate with their employees and provide consistency for their customer base of today and tomorrow. Gallegos has a proven background at helping international and national companies deliver the value that customers deserve.
Since 1999, Gallegos has established himself as an accomplished leader, managing and guiding through influence within his organizations and community. Gallegos in 2007 decided to merge his vast sales experience and success with his second to none management process to form Valhalla Business Solutions.
In 2003, Chris with the passing of his mother began taking a new approach to life; this is when and where he discovered “legacy” to be his main motivator in life. It was and is what drives Chris today. Helping others learn and grow is Chris’s main stay. This vision and motivator has recently evolved with the passing of his grandfather. His Grandfather’s calling in life was to create jobs and opportunities for people and his legacy continues today. Chris made a commitment to carry on this legacy in honor of his grandfather.
From 1999 to 2008, he served multiple roles with Wells Fargo Bank, where his career was highlighted by: five time’s national award winner and diversity leader. Gallegos restructured and implemented his process in four Denver banks. In his first bank he took a team producing 98% of their sales plan to 160% and 130% year over year growth within six months. Chris’s second bank he charioted a team achieving 78% of their sales plan to 130% and 40% year over year growth. At Chris’s third bank he led a team making 71% of their sales plan and within six months he had guided his team to finish the year at 125% of plan. Lastly and Chris’s most proud accomplishment was taking a perennial struggling bank on pace to finish the year at 68% of plan. He led that team within four months to 117% of their sales plan. Chris excelled in his positions through skilled communication and genuine approach to all his business relationships.
